TBH they're probably looking for ways to justify a higher tax on poker(RAKE) like encore does but that's just my opinion
If manpower wasn't the issue twin had a golden opportunity to capitalize on the shortcomings of every other poker room in the area and possibly start running tournament series' and they didn't.
I don't know what happened at all but If I was paying dues to an organization that wasn't fighting tooth and nail to get these poker rooms back open for employment I wouldn't be happy either.
